Our chocolates are carefully crafted to make your taste buds dance and your mind wonder. One of our truffles, the Kublai Kahn, is a dark chocolate dipped, smooth and creamy ganache infused with well-balanced spices of ginger, vanilla and cinnamon rolled in poppy seeds for a nice crunch. With Tabla named after cove where Christopher Columbus was marooned, Santa Gloria, that has mouth-watering, crushed hibiscus and pumpkin seeds on top of your choice of tasty dark chocolate, mouth-melting milk chocolate or creamy white chocolate. And COMING SOON, Plata, our very own spiced chocolate burst with a cacao bean center! We now feature our handmade chocolate truffles and are our raw vegan organic spiced cacao balls on bikeCOFFEE! our mobile unit.

Raw Vegan Cacao Balls – a hit with our bikeCOFFEE! customers.
